Prof. Gaddigoudar's Contribution to Kannada Literature Is Immense: Ashok Chandaragi

Belagavi, Oct 28: Renowned writer, historian and principal of Nesargi Degree College, Dr F D Gaddigoudar, has made immense contributions to literature, music and the promotion of Kannada language and culture, senior Kannada activist Ashok Chandaragi said.
He was speaking after releasing an audio album of Kannada songs composed by Dr Gaddigoudar on the occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava at Kannada Sahitya Bhavan in Belagavi on Wednesday.
The programme was organised under the aegis of the Forum of Like-minded Kannada Organisations. Chandaragi expressed happiness over Gaddigoudar's efforts to compose and release songs celebrating Kannada language, culture and the spirit of Karnataka in connection with Kannada Rajyotsava.
Kittur Karnataka Sena State President Mahadev Talawar, Border Kannada Activists' Sena State President Balaram Masenatti, Kannada Rakshana Vedike State President and Ghataprabha-based advocate Dr Kempanna Chowkashi, Balappa Gudagenatti, Mallikarjun Marakumbi, Manjunath, Vinuta Aralikatti and Prof Jadhav were among those present.
